Subject	Ashspec Ecu boost levels HELP!!

Message	I just put my Ashspec ECU in my 90 Twin Turbo. I’m only seeing 12-13 psi of boost (4 gear 4500 RPM’s) at most with there supplied boost jets. It was at stock boost levels before with no problem. I have no codes in the ecu. I have a HKS intake installed with NGK cooler plugs. Would my stock exhaust hold back 3 psi of boost? On Z1’s website it says that I should see around 15 psi. Thanks for any help
